Octel Aria 250 - SBR Internal Error

I am getting the following error. I think it is a Scanner Card Error-Major + Central Processor/Line Card Protocol (low-level) error. Can someone confirm and tell me what that means exactly? We were starting a tape backup at the time but the status on the backup is good.
