OCtel ANI information problem with nortel PBX

We have OCtel200 with nortel PBX
Integration : NPIC12

When anyone call to user, if user doesn't answer call transter to Voicemail system.
And Caller can leave a message.

But, if ANI or CallerID from nortel PBX more than 12 digits Call tranfer to octel group number.
Finally,Caller do not leave a message for octel user.

Frequently, international callID more than 12 digits.

Anyone have experience or solution ?

You could always try to configure the Digit translation table for incoming CLI
