octel 50 operator message

Hi, I got an Octel50 that is often giving a message to subscribers when they access their vmail that "the line is currently not available" or something to that effect. Octel then disconnects the user and deletes all their new messages.......what the hell?......I mean what is going on here? I first suspected the voice card, but now that their new messages are being deleted as well, I just can't narow it down. Any ideas here would be great.

See if you can narrow it down to 1) Certain mailboxes 2) Certain times of day 3) Certain types of calls, etc. In other words try to classify some kind of pattern and it will probably become clearer.
