All,
Anyone have the steps to set up mailbox usage and then view it? I see that 14 is the reports in the menu, but then it brings up 1-6, so I select 1 and then have to do an add, change, etc. Where is a list of what each number will do? Then I think you have to do a save? Just looking to pull a report(s) of how much use the 350 is getting.
thanks,
Hudson22

You do not need to set it up. you would go to 14 4 a 1 then pick one of the reports.

If you want to see the mailbox usage per mailbox pick 2 and it will print out every mailbox on the system and show you the number of calls and messages in a last period and current period format.

If you need more let us know and i can post more details.

Here's what happens when I login.
At the main menu I type 14 system reports.
It returns with a screen with...
1-
2-
3-
4-
5-
6-

And nothing else. I choose 4.
It returns with a screen with Item no. 1-20, Rpt no. blank, and Description, which is also blank.
My options are Add, change, delete, print.
Shouldn't the reports be labeled under description?

Thanks,

you then need to do a a to add and then the report type will show.

Ken is correct, you have to select add, then you will get a list of the reports.

Once you select the report, then set up the options, you can print the report. This is a one time config, once the report is printed, it goes away.

If you want to save the report settings, select option 14-1,2 or 3. Then select the report, configure it, then you will have the option to store the report. It will then be saved in that menu so you can run it again later.
