What kind of DPA ? Avaya type ports or Nortel

If it is 2 wire it is just pin 1 and 26 and 2 and 27 and so on for 12 ports per cable. Same with 4 wire on a 350

Thanks for the reply. It's a DPA 7630. So basically the pinouts on the Octel side are sequential and on the Cisco DPA they skip a pair then two pair. So my port 1 is DPA pins 2,27/3,28 and Octel pins 1,26/2,27. Cool that's how it was in the Cisco documentation but just couldn't find an actual Avaya document that verified this.
