Since the account I support went from the Avaya Interchange to the MN Server for networking messages, we have seen tons of new verbiage/terms in the List Trace reports. The Manuals we have don't show this new information. Can anyone provide me with the link to download this info? One major problem I got right now is one end user is receiving duplicate messages. I can see it's source is a System Dist List. I run the L T 2 against the mbx #. I see him listening to both messages. Then run a report to see when those two message came into his mbx and it only shows one message header... I run the L HE and and the Header that came in has the other header information under it's "EXTENSION MESSAGE NUMBER". What's the EXTENSION MESSAGE NUMBER? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if this is even documented in the manuals. The List HE command is mentioned but none of the fields are documented very well. I believe that the "Extension Message Number" will be the hex value of an associated Message Number. Usually you will get an Extension Message Number if the original message is forwarded or auto-copied from another mailbox. At the bottom of the List HE you will see the "Addresses:" field which should show you which mailbox it was addressed to.

When you did a List Trace on the mailbox and it shows them listening to the messages does it show two different Message Number hex values when they play?
