Octel 250

Anyone know of a service that will take my backup tape of a 250 and provide me with the info in one of the accounts.

Saw an old post from Ken Means that they do it. Ken if you still around can you give me the cost. All I need is the callback numbers and names that were left in voice mail messages that the user had archived.

And a lesson learned, always make sure you are deleting the correct mail box when you have it as a alias.

you need to restore the tape to a lab system and then convert the messages to wave files or we can network the messages to your system if you have that feature.

you may want to start using visual messenger so that users can store the messages on there own hard drive also.

can you get the ENG bit turned on on your system ? i will try and find the restore doc's but if you have never done this before you could endup with a none working syste.
