Ex. Is it possible to have a pbx in Florida use an Octel that is on another pbx in NY and be able to have normal integration and message waiting ?

Is an ISDN tie line needed ?

Any special features in the pbx ?

Thanks,

JS

yes it is possible to do this. It will depend on the type of PBX and if they are the same or not.

What type Of PBX is at each location? What type of ports are in the Octel now?

A limitation for an Aria system is that there can ONLY be one pbx type. If each pbx is this same type, then an Aria can integrate to more than one pbx USING THE SAME TYPE OF PBX.
Like Ken said, what kind of integration is in use now?
