Octel 250 or 350 on a rolm 9751

I am looking to see if anyone out there has a Octel 250 or 350 system that is using FLT-R's or PIC-R's and is also getting ANI into the Octel

KenMeans, We upgraded from PID-Rs and had to have AVAYA make some modifications during the upgrade. Before they made the change only the area code would pass through.

our customer is now getting the ANI also after Avaya tach fixed it.

do you see the ANI in the online CDR ? or just in the mailbox user record?
