We are getting ready to move from 4 to 5 digits and I just wanted to see if I am missing anything. I am assuming I just change the number of digits in the installation information and then change each individual mailbox number. Can some one confirm or add information?

Thank you

you can't really change the number of digits in a mailbox.

You can run the change mailbox length utility if you know how to run that. You can add an alias to the mailbox to make it think it is 5 digits and you can change the length of the ext number but not the mailbox.
