Octel 250 Menu Greeting

Hello All,

We have a menu on our main number and the person who records our announcements is saying that she made the changes that I requested. But when I call the main number it still has the old announcement. Is it possible to log into the mailbox and listen to the greeting without recording a new one?? Since the mailbox is an option in a menu, we are unable to dial the mailbox directly. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Yes from your phone dial the Octel like you are going to get in your mailbox.

Then press ** and then dial the number of the mailbox you want to hear the greeting on.

Do you know if you are using port monitoring? or does the main number forward from a DID number to the mailbox?
