Octel 250 - How to increase mailbox 2

I need to increase a user's mailbox to hold more messages.
Can you tell me the steps to accomplish this?

Find the assigned Class of Service, change the number of new/saved messages in that CLS to the number you need, up to 135

Thanks! What I did was create a new class of service because I didn't want all the other users changed.

that's the best way, usually there are plenty to play with, just make sure you "stare and compare" to make sure you got all the features exactly the same. I forgot to give a CLS access to the Visual Messenger once, did not get 5 feet out the door before I was yelled at

That's a good point about Visual Messenger. Where do you give access. I don't see it in the Class of Service. And I know this User uses Visual Messenging.

it's not called "visual messenger" per se, I think it's Octel Access or something to that effect, as long as you get the CLS exact (minus the messages you changed earlier) you should be OK

On page 2 for the Class of Service you would set Client Access Licenses to "Y".
