Greetings from Seattle,

I have an Octel 250 Aria 3.11.05. Redundant drive 1 has failed. This is located in Canada so I am not on site. Is there any way to tell if this is a 2GB or 4GB drive remotely?

Thanks,

Dave

Try Menu 12 I haven't looked at one of these for 6 years though.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

if it is a system drive it does not matter as it only address the first 1 GIG of space. And without looking at it you cant tell the size without getting into the drive and if it is dead you can't.
