Octel 250 Connection Issue

Hello all,
I have an Octel Aria 250 located in another state that we administer daily. For some reason we have not been able to access the system for the past few days. When I dial in using Procomm Plus, The modem answers and just sits there connected (the phone icon at the top is off hook)and it has Procom Plus Ready at the top of the screen. I never receive the normal Octel Welcome or the opporunity to input the password. We have bounced the modem twice and still have the same problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I could be that the local terminal is in use. If it does have a terminal hooked to it and anything is showing on the screen the modem can't get the login screen.
