Anyway to get report that shows how many calls hit each mailbox /number in the octel 250 monthly-
Or how many calls get sent to the octel monthly

the other question -- at some point is it 2013 the time and date will not be correct?

You can run the short form report in menu 14 but you need to make sure that the reporting period is set to monthly.

See info below

On January 1, 2013, prior to discontinuing all Octel service, the legacy Octel 250/350 voicemail systems running Octel Designer applications will encounter a time crunch - the systems will no longer be able to speak the correct year to callers (Avaya Product Support Note PSN003385). To complicate matters a bit further, on November 24, 2015 the operating system software will revert to the year 1984.

Anytime during 2013, change the year back to a year that matches each day of the month & each day of the week for the entire year.

As an example, if the current year was a leap year, the year to choose to change back to must also be a leap year.

If not, reports will be skewed, CDR will be skewed, and the system will be unable to "speak" the year 2013 when accessing a voice message that was sent in 2013. The only time when an Aria speaks the year is when the year of the message is not the same as the current year in the VM system.
