OCTEL 200 says: OTHER TERMINAL USING MEMORY

Dear All

I have observed this strange printout from an AVAYA/OCTEL 200 running s/w L.7.1.5:
"OTHER TERMINAL USING MEMORY", when trying to go to the Update menu
It is not possible to go to the Update menu, and other commands does not operate.
Also it is impossible to do these commands:
@C R 3, @PC 99.
It is possible to do:
@DEX 1, @C R 1, @C R 2, @L H, @C H, @L F,@L P and @C P.
Maybe you have some hints?

I am assuming that there was some sort of lock on the access port(s). Just like a PC, if in doubt - Reboot.

We had this issue 1½ years ago on the same system.
Seems to be some kind of memory lock-up.
A @RESTA did unlock and sloved the problem.
