Have an Octel 200 set up to dial us for alarm notification. This keeps on calling and calling us. We have cleared the hardware error table and checked disk usage and nothing is showing up yet it keeps calling to alert for an alarm. I am missing a table? Thanks for any info.

Please post the @L H.

Also check .l sys 31 to see the alarm number or do
an .m sys 31 -> set to NO, if you want to delete the alarm number.

TABLE IS EMPTY

Never mind...issue was not with the system in question. Another Octel was calling us and we were looking into the wrong system logs. Thanks for the assist...

The rules for alarm calling is that uif there exists an alarm in the @L H, then the OCTEL system will call the phone number given in sys par 31.
You can answer this type of call and acknowledge it, so it does not call-in on and on.
Or you can clear the error table by: @C H.
When calling the system telles the S/N of the OCTEL, in your case "203475", which is an OCTEL 200 connected to a Nortel PBX.
