I have configured, at each level of the V-Tree, the option to transfer the caller to a specify mailbox. When the call is transferred the "Please Hold for Mr. Smith" message is heard, but instead of the call going to the intend representive(Mr. Smith) or their voicemail, the caller hears the entire V-Tree greeting again. It is one continuous loop. Can anyone help. The voicemail system is an Octel 100. Thanks!

So I assume that if you call the voicemail direct and put in "Mr Smith's" extension it will transfer or take a message correctly?
You could make sure the Debug Mode is turned on and then possible look at the Plus.log file to see if there is an indication why it may be going back to the V-Tree greeting.
