Does anyone know where I can get a copy (purchase or download) of Remote Service Management for Octel 100? I need to have remote access to one and am having difficulties using ProComm. I set up ProComm at 7-E-1 and at 9600 but only receive incoherent rambles back from the Octel. Any suggestions?
