I have a Octel 100 running version 3.1.4 that I'm about to redeploy. Unfortuantely, I don't know the level 3 password. Is there a way to reset all the passwords on the system back to default? I'm not concerned about the mailboxes as they will all be deleted anyway.

Thanks.

Have you tried the default? I know the Octel 50's is 67890.

Yes, I've already tried that. I can get in just fine under Level 2 using 12345, but need Level 3. This problem was noticed once we closed one of our offices and discovered that it was changed by a person that is no longer with the company. I now need to redeploy the system. So I'm hoping there is a file that I can delete to restore the default passwords.

Hopefully there is a way to do this without paying Octel.
Thanks.

Here's a thread I ran across searching the forum a minute ago --> thread923-699246 Perhaps this will help. That or else Google for something. I too would avoid having to pay Octel. There was a basic tidbit of information I needed and without a Site ID for my company it was like trying to get an audience with the Pope!
