Octel 100 Ansnwering Question

I have an Octel 100 that is working fine. When you roll to a mailbox after ring no answer or busy condition, the call rolls to the mailbox. The caller is prompted to press 1 to dial another extension 2 to leave a message and one other option that I have forgotten what it was. My questions, Can you set this to where the call just rolls into the mailbox without hearing these options. If there is, would it effect all users or can you do it on a mailbox by mailbox basis? Thanks in advance for any advice.
 
On the Octel 100 I have, it will roll to the mailbox and prompt you to leave a message and hangup or press 1 for more options. On your Octel 100 does it do the prompts that you described for every mailbox? If it is only one mailbox then maybe there is a V-Tree setup on the mailbox.

I have done some test calls on an Octel 100 at Release 3.1.4 and 3.2.9 and I don't seem to get the prompts you are talking about.

The prompts you are describing sound more like something you would get if there was an Extended Absence greeting from an Octel 250.

Let me know if you have any more information.
