I have an Octel 100 that is working fine. When you roll to a mailbox after ring no answer or busy condition, the call rolls to the mailbox. The caller is prompted to press 1 to dial another extension 2 to leave a message and one other option that I have forgotten what it was. My questions, Can you set this to where the call just rolls into the mailbox without hearing these options. If there is, would it effect all users or can you do it on a mailbox by mailbox basis? Thanks in advance for any advice.
