Octel 100 - AA wav files?

We have an Octel 100 connected to an Avaya Legend.
We have been recording the AA via the handset from the PBX and the resulting quality of a non-studio type recording does not end up projecting a corporate image to callers.
Is there any way that we can use professionally recorded wav files for the Octel 100 AA? I do not know how to transfer them to the Octel 100?

I believe there is a way to insert professionally recorded files using the Visual Voice Editor program in the Octel 100. I am not sure of all the details, but there should be some information in the Octel 100 System Manager manual
