OCS R2 Not Receiving Caller ID

We have callpilot 5.0 with a CS100E 5.5. We have PRI's coming into the switch. If you call a OCS user and hit our Auto Attandant it will only show you the the port that callpiolt used not the originating called id. If you call a direct DID number that points to a OCS user the caller id will be displayed. Somewhere call pilot is blocking this.I looked up the number that is displayed when a call goes thru the AA and it list it as a LDN.
