OCS 2007 MCM Proxy

Hi

i have a question regarding OCS 2007 implementation. Our customer has an existing OCS Solution with CS1000E in the United States.
We want to connect a german office (for testing) with its own CS1000E to this domain. Do we have to install an seperate MCM Proxy server
for the german CS1000E or can we connect the CS1000E to the existing MCM in the united states?
