OCS 2007 Access Edge Server Question

I am trying to setup this beast so we can use the web conferencing functionality with external users. The problem I am having is when first setting up the Access Edge server I am asked to input an internal and external interface IP. This doesn't make sense since only one NIC should be required, right? I don't plan to multi-home the device in the DMZ and internal network as that would bypass the firewall and render it useless. Has anyone set this up and if so, what have you done about the Internal and External NIC requirement?
