OCR 511s submit/disconnect problem

I have just aquired an OCR 511s router to find that not all changes I make can be submitted and saved. The main problem I have is when accessing it via Hyperterminal TCP/IP, when I get to the ISDN section in Quick config, as soon as I have entered the correct perameters for my ISP and "ctrl E" to submit, the router disconnects and I have to re-boot it to regain access. It has not saved any changes. It is OK with 99% of the other settings, allowing me to submit and save but not the important one? any idea's? is it broke?
