OCP Oracle (Information and documentation)

i'am searching information about oracle certification.
in PL/SQL and Oracle Designer or forms
and how can i prepare this(free documentation and tests).

I have done my 9i certification as a dba. i used osborne books "oracle press" which were reasonably good. In experience i say the books only cover 80% of the material. To make sure you are completelly ready i would use selftestsoftware.com. they are approx $99 per practice exam (but i assure you you will get a guaranteed pass if you use them).

I have looked at doing the developer ocp track but i have not been able to find a book anywhere, clever eh!

The only method i have found so far is by attending the developer courses which cost the earth and study off the oracle university material on the course.
