OC12 Information: where?

Im looking for information on OC12 connections such as hardware, cost, rental basically everything to do with it. Ive searched google but all I get is hosting solutions that use it not information about it itself.

I didnt know which server forum to put this in so im putting it here. If you know which server forum would be best, please could you link me?

Also / alternatively, if you know any information about OC12, please could you share it with me?
