I purchased a license for some seats on my callpilot off of ebay. The instructions say to go to the keycode retrieval system (KRS) on nortel's site and enter in the system ID and authorization number. Since I'm not an installer/distributor I get a message indicating that I do not have access for this product. Can anyone get me the keycode number if I give them the authorization number and system ID number?
