Obtaining an IP Address with a booted phone

Hi All, I understand there is a key combination to obtain the ip address details of a live phone that is idle. Does anyone such a key combination?

Press the UP and Down arrows next to the screen - then release one of the arrows.
Whilst holding one of the arrows dial 2 3 4 and release the arrow button.

You will now be displayed all the information of the phone.

yes, you can find out all the information that the set has picked up during its boot by stepping through the menus.
The DNS, gateway, subnet mask and 3300 IP addresss plus you can ping from the set this way. Very usefull. Older software was the same but you needed to spell out "config" on the keypad. I believed the methods are outlined in the tech handbook if you can get a copy of it.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
