Meridian r3.0, Agent Observe feature using M3905 sets. The feature works, and I have it set up how I want it (OBTN = AGT, agent hears short observation tone every 16 seconds). However, when the observing supervisor presses anything on his phone’s keypad, both the agent and the caller hear the DTMF tones. They cannot hear the supervisor speak through the handset/headset, but they hear DTMF tones. This has to be a bug, right? Is there something kooky in the supervisor’s or agent’s CLS that could cause this? Is this happening to anyone else at my (or any) release level?
