on a Norstar Key system.. is there a way to program an OBSERVE key on these sets without having to add a ACD group?

we have a small office of about 8 users and I have been asked to OBSERVE the the secretaries phone calls to keep to business only.

please advise,

Try the Norstar forum, but I don't think you can add the observe key unless it is a ACD configured set.
