Can anyone help me with tips as to how the 'Observe' feature
of the M3905 phone working with a Meridian 61C can be used
for monitoring of not only inbound, but also outbound calls.
Using the observe feature for any type of set, if configured correctly will observe any call from that set. Incomming to ACD-DN, incoming to PDN, outgoing from PDN etc. Provided you activate the observe feature you will observe all calls both in and out from that agent.
