Observe Feature - BCM 3.7

One of my branch Managers wants to be able to press an Observe button and dial an extension, in order to listen in for training purposes. They are not an ACD type of environment, though. Is there any way to make this happen??

Silent monitor works for inbound calls to hunt groups and ACD only. You'd need some type of third party device to accomplish that.
