When you key in feature 904 the screen goes blank, and stays blank for about a minute, and then the clock comes back. Voicemail is also offline at the same time. When you ring a phone it just keeps ringing and never goes to voicemail.

The system has all the latest patches. Skillsets and agents are all configed and logged in. call centre is enabled.

What would be causing this problem??

any help would be amazin

Many thanks!!

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

When the Vmail is down, do you have LAN connectivity?

Was this an upgrade from an earlier rel?

Have you checked the BFT to see if the capacitor's are GREEN or BLUE? If there Green there bad and Nortel will replace the BFT util Jun of this year for free.

If you have LAN connectivity your hardrive is good. Check Caps as ace says. Check in Services to see if Vmail is running.
