Object Varibale Not Set 91 Error message???

Hello, I am looking at our Server error log and an Object Varibale Not Set 91 Error message pops up. Does anyone know what this error message means?

Error 91 is a Public Constant error meaning exactly what it says. On objct variable is not set. Check on the log in either the same message or just previous for whatever agent is running. CHeck it's variables.

A serious error has occurred during a run of the '* Calculate Urgency' agent.

Error 91: Object variable not set.

Please resolve the error and force a re-run of the agent in question

THis is the error that i get from an agent called "Calculate Urgency" when it runs on a series of documents in a database. It always seems to fall over on the newest document in the database.

I have the development team lookin at it at the moment.
