Object palette is gone

Why can't Delphi show the objects in the palette when I run it in WinXP with a limited user account??
I can't do absolutely ANYTHING, because nothing is there.

I'm not sure it is enough but try this:
In regedit enter in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\Delphi
and assign full control to the limited-user.
