Object Invalid or No Longer Set

I am trying to import a query into Excel from Access,
When I select the Query it gives me this message:

String Data, Right Truncated on Column Number 4 (Column_Name)

Then after I go through all of the prompts it gives me this message:

Object Invalid or No Longer Set

I have shortened column 4's name, but this does not seem to help either issues.
