Object Domains

When I create a file it gets created with an Object Domain of *System instead of *User. I've loaded software and those also have installed as *system object instead of *user.

Is there a setting somewhere that causes this?

Does anyone know of other AS400 forums?

All of our files are *system. I'm not sure where it comes from on the system.
