Client just called and reported that they can no longer print reports. When they click the printer icon they get "Object Doesn't Support This Property or Method". No reports have ben changed in a long time. Last night their automatic update installed KB973346, KB971633, and KB961371. I suspect these are causing the problem and is similar to a problems I had a while back when KB956391 was installed. Anybody have any insight as to how to fix this? All of their computers are running XP on a Win2003 network.

Many Thanks. It seems most of that information applies to RS 2005. I should have mentioned I was using RS 2000. But I did find an update for RS 2000 at this site and will try it out this weekend. Hopefully that will fix it.

More background I should have included in original post. This program is a vb.net windows app with a web browser in one of the forms that is used to display the reports.

I just talked to the client and had him remove KB973346 from his computer and this seems to have fixed the problem for now. This KB was installed as part of a Windows auto update the night before last. There were also two others installed at this time, KB971633, and KB961371.

I would set their computer to "never show this update again" so it won't automatically update it.

The KB effects any browser (IE or embedded in .net) so you would see it everywhere. I'm not sure or not if it would effect Firefox or not, but I've never gotten SSRS to work properly in it anyway.

Good luck!!

Good point. I will have them do that if the RS 2000 fix doesn't solve the problem.
