OB4.0 Installation (License-Problems)

If we try to load the OB-License "Errorcode 6" is appearing. A triallicense can be loaded. So USB-Port and driver seems to be ok. Serialnr. is also ok. Any ideas?
 
Hi,

Just a shot in the dark… something to try… check the file attributes of the zip licence file (not read only) and make sure its on a re-writable media (hard disk).

Is this what you are doing...

To install the permanent license files:
1. Shut down the OneBox server.
2. In the Configuration utility, click the Features tab.
3. Click Import New License.
4. In the License Import dialog box, click the Browse button to locate the license zip file.
5. In the Select License File dialog box, select the license package zip file, and click Open.
6. Click Import. The files install, as indicated by the progress bar.
7. Click OK.
8. Restart the OneBox server.

Note that...
Before you install or upgrade OneBox, you must first run the AT_LockGen program on your OneBox platform. This utility collects system hardware information on the platform and generates a file that contains information about the platform. This information file will be used to generate the permanent license files that will be provided to you by Ericsson.

thanks. The problem is solved. You can believe it or not: We did connect the dongle to an other USB-Port...
 
The USB port needs to be a powered USB, that was why it could n't see it.
