OB 4.2 IP connected TSWSP05

Hi guys
I can't transfer call with simply Call Processor
the caller push 1 to reach extension 2001 i.e but call is disconnected first to reach extension,even if in Line status I see xfer2001,I can hear relè dropping nearly
Can you help me?

Check your Transfer (Xfr) type in the Administration program under Configuration/System and Environment.
Use Blind transerfer and set your SYDAP to Transfer before answer = Permitted.

I checked but I have blind transfer in Enviroment and transfer permitted before answer in Sydap
Any suggestion?
