OAS failure

OAS is v6.0.4. Every 10 minutes OAS loses connection to the MD110 (MXONE TSW SP7. The first entry in event log is that a connection to Applink has failed followed by all service accesses reporting to be down. This recovers within 1 minute with everything being back in service only to go through the same process again after 10 minutes. Has anyone had this issue before and can anybody help please?

how many NIU2 connections do you have? if you only have 1, install a 2nd NIU2 for call control and monitor.
