OAS and MXONE

Dear all,

I have face a problem, I create new BVD on Ecare server and try to active new Service Access (SA) it but can not. but if I use another extension of another BVD, SA can be actived.

I already create Number Series on MXONE TSW 07 too.

I'm afraid I'm missing something in configuration, because last time it was done by former guy.

Do I need to configure something more ?

Check the CTI group is set on the MXOne for the bvd number, then delete the bvd in OAS and re-enter again, then try the service access. Check it works with IVR in Solidus, then try on a script if you are using scripting.

I AM USING MX-ONE WITH TLU75 AND TLU83 FOR CO TRUNK BUT EXT OF PBX HEAR LOW WHERE CONVERSATION OVER CO TRUNK ? HOW CAN INCREASE POWER ON CO-LINE ?

I have problem with bagao account.

I config CTI group on MXONE and it works well.
