OAS 9i installation failure

I have problem installing Oracle App Server 9i on Win XP. There is already an Oracle 8 db running on that computer. The installation process stops at 99%. After that I have to quit/kill the installer, which leaves me with some start menu options.

I installed OAS in different ORACLE_HOME than the database.
