OAM SERVICE ERROR (MAJOR)

Hi stemanc,
I seem to get this error every now and again when I activate a script, it does not seem to have any effect on the server, I have asked both our support rep and the tutor who took the CC6 migration course and they did not seem to think it was anything to worry about - Just one of these things the sybase throws up once in a while.
We just upgraded from 4.0 to CC6 and this error has appeared in both.
