Oak Call Logger

I'm having problems with an Oak Call Logger on a 2 site IPO network, latest versions of software and delta server. The main site were the call logger is located is fine, it's the remote site, delta server seems to be doing it's job, unlike Oak. Has anybody been here before and can give me any advice.

I have OAK running at my place on a windows 2003 server and it works 100% once the Delta server is running. Make sure that delta server is working also oak offer great support there the best people to help but oak just look at the .CSV file and reports on it.
