OAISYS SERVER- Oisys server, it show not the number of the calls remitentes.

mi problem going when i look the the recording report and i not look the number of the call remitentes in the opcion "number of a third".
Help me please,it has to do something in the telephone exchange, since an upgrqade of the Oaisys has been made to the new version and this happens.
