Hi guys

Each Time when the physical server restart , the Oaisys Level2OAI MitelDriver service Fail to start automaticaly. When i try to start the service i get : "error 1053 the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

So to resolve temporarily the issue , i have to stop OAISYS Level2OAI NetServer , then start Oaisys Level2OAI MitelDriver

i've tried this solution without succes :

1.Go to Start > Run > and type regedit.
2.Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
3.With the control folder selected, right-click in the pane on the right and select new DWORD Value.
4.Name the new DWORD: ServicesPipeTimeout.
5.Right-click ServicesPipeTimeout, and then click Modify.
6.Click Decimal, type '180000', and then click OK.
7.Restart the computer.

Any idea ?

Might be a version issue - you havent specified what version of MICR or pabx tyou are connecting to

have you tried to set the service to restart on failure

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Hi Blizz66,

Mivcr V 9.0
Mivb V7

i'don't think Mivb iturn issue , but Windows server issue , because the service down.

Do you know how can i repear the Mivcr ? run the .exe Under live system ?
do you have any documentation "how to upgrade" ?
Thanks.

Is the server virtual? I have had this issue as of late with MiCC servers where the login security does load before the service tries to start. Same fix you listed.
I have also had where real time antivirus or malware or startup scanning delays.
What happens if you set the driver to delay start?

THanks,

Hi alphamann,

I've already tried to set the driver to delay start but unfortunately same behavior.
