o200 error excessive SBE's

I get the following message.
CPU 0: 88 scache single bit errors Excessive SBEs
Can't seem to find anywhere if this is a memory problem or a CPU assembly problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Never tracked the error message but the cause was heat related.
User closed off the airflow to the front of the unit and it overheated. cleared airflow, problem gone
